Chad Connelly
Peak Leadership & Consulting, LLC
Chad Connelly retired as the Deputy Chief of Police from the City of East Lansing, having served nearly 25 years. He holds a master's degree in administration and a graduate certificate in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University. Chad also has earned a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School. He oversees the Leadership Development Section for the Michigan State Police, which is responsible for developing and delivering leadership training to all sworn and civilian employees. He is also the owner and lead instructor of Peak Leadership & Consulting, LLC. Chad has been married to his wife, Anastasia, for 16 years. They have three children together and spend almost all their time attending their children’s sporting events and activities.

Kasie Dawson
Co-Founder & Clinical Director of the Responder 1st Assistance Program
Kasie Dawson is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed by the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling and a Certified First Responder Counselor. She is the Co-Founder and Clinical Director of the Responder 1st Assistance Program, which provides comprehensive mental health resources for individuals and organizations. For more than 10 years, her work has focused on law enforcement wellness and the well-being of their families, with an emphasis on trauma recovery and proactive, prevention-oriented support. Kasie has partnered with local, state, and national law enforcement agencies to equip individuals and organizations with tools to support themselves, their peers, and their communities.

Greg Dawson
Co-Founder & Director of the Responder 1st Assistance Program
Greg Dawson is the Director and Co-Founder of the Responder 1st Assistance Program. Greg retired in 2025 with 29 years of law enforcement experience, including the past 20 years with the Fayetteville Police Department in Arkansas and prior service in South Carolina. As the Director of the Responder 1st Assistance Program, he provides wellness training to agencies and certifies peer support teams nationwide. Greg is a Peer Team Leader and has led critical incident debriefings across the country, including in Washington, D.C., for the U.S. Capitol Police Department following January 6th. His experience in Patrol, K9, Interdiction, and Crime Suppression shaped his commitment to officer wellness and long-term recovery.
Laura Rosenberg
Associate Director, ADL Michigan
In her role as ADL Michigan Associate Director, Laura's focus includes partnering with university administrations to improve campus policies, strengthening law enforcement relationships, and advocacy work, all in an effort to make communities safer and more inclusive. She also spends much of her time presenting programming and facilitating conversations on how to combat bigotry and antisemitism to both Jewish and non-Jewish audiences. Prior to ADL, Laura taught middle school English for 12 years.
Anthony Brooks
Captain, Metropolitan Nashville Police Department
Anthony Brooks is currently a captain with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. He has been with the department for 20 years and currently oversees the MNPD’s Office of Alternative Policing Strategies (OAPS). OAPS manages the MNPD’s mental health co-response program (Partners in Care), where the MNPD partners with other city agencies, specifically the Mental Health Cooperative, to better serve citizens who may be experiencing an acute mental health crisis. Prior to being promoted to captain, Anthony served as the program manager for Partners in Care during the pilot phase and following. He also has served the MNPD as a supervisor in various patrol and investigative-related functions. He has a bachelor’s degree in broadcast communication from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee.
Michael Randolph
Director of Co-Response Services, Mental Health Cooperative
Michael Randolph, LPC-MHSP, is the Director of Co-Response Services at Mental Health Cooperative. With over 16 years of crisis intervention experience, he partners closely with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, Fire Department, and other city agencies to improve emergency response to mental health crises. Michael helped launch the Partners in Care and REACH programs, which embed clinicians with law enforcement and fire/EMS teams. A licensed professional counselor and systems innovator, he continues to lead efforts that connect individuals in crisis with the right care at the right time.
